that's the whole reports till now that they let me take these tests at first and then some follow ups

You have been suspected to have hypogonadotrpic hypogonadism. I dont see any such problem in you based on the reports.
I suggest you get semen analysis done to know if there are sperms. If yes. I dont think you need to worry about anything and just get married.
Semen analysis is a simple test done in any standard laboratory.

thanks for your concerned reply however can you please tell me what exactly is hypogonadotrpic hypogonadism ? is it curable if yes how much is the success rate if you know of any ? lastly should I change my doctor or he is doing fine with this procedure and current treatment ?
Some known symptoms :
1. I have small testicles as small children since beginning.
2. Delayed puberty that lead to concern doctor at initial state although everything is fine now except testicles.
3. What should i do next beside semen analysis if i have hypogonadotrpic hypogonadism ?
