Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. White blood cells of 4.4 thousand is normal. Any thing between 4 k to 11 k is normal and nothing to worry about. Percentage of lymphocytes may also vary and its slight increase is normal even in a simple cold or flu or any other viral infection and is nothing to worry about.
With MTHFR mutation, just an eye on homocysteine levels and vitamin B levels should be kept. Former increase and later decline should be managed but you don't have the case, homocysteine is normal and B 12 and other B vitamins levels are not low so you are not at risk of MTHFR mutation sequelae of coronary artery issues or thrombotic disorders.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for gtting back to me
Hemoglobin is as healthy as humanly possible, so is the hematocrit. No infection does not cause rise in RBCs. Hematocrit is only worrisome and some pathology if above 60 to 65 %. Your case it is perfectly normal and healthy range.
I hope it helps.
