Brief Answer:
Welcome back sir
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, welcome back.
I have gone through your reports in detail. The report of immediate concern is HbA1c which is high.
So, We advice you to add a tablet of Voglibose 0.3 thrice a day along with your present medication. You need to take the tablet just 1 minute before you eat. Get it prescribed by your local doctor. Again check the values of fasting and post prandial blood sugars and get back to us. If the values are still high, then we should move on to Insulin therapy starting with minimal doses.
Sugar free diet and exercise will also help you
Thank you sir

Brief Answer:
Welcome back sir.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir, welcome back to HCM. The other readings are of not much concern. Such slight variations do present.
Take low fat diet. get the tests done after 3 months again. If values still poor and any symptoms like abdominal pain exists, then we need to go for further evaluation. As of now nothing much to worry. You may take a tablet of Rosuvastatin 5mg daily one for 3 months. For iron, Take tablets with Iron supplements.
Coming to Voglibose, any brand no problem.
Thank you Sir.
