Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
I understand your symptoms are suggestive of an over-active thyroid but your laboratory results appear quite normal.

Indeed the TSH is on the lower side of the normal range but it is still considered normal, especially in view of the normal thyroid hormone levels ie Total T3 and T4.

Perhaps rechecking the TSH and Free T4 in a few months may give a better idea as to where it is going.

When I see someone like you in my practice, I typically order the following blood tests in addition to a detailed physical examination:

CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your 3 month glucose average)
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
25 hydroxy Vitamin D

None of these tests require any fasting and can be done at any time of the day

I have 2 Important Questions dear doctor..

I was planning to see an endocrinologist tommorrow
but i have a Doubt..I had albendazole yesterday 400 mg for deworming..
So..if i check thyroid levels again tommorrow if the doctor asks to..then will there be any variations shown in thyroid due to influence of albandazole ? Will it show wrong values?..

Also I have done blood test already and checked Everything you mentioned..but i didnt check Vitamin D..is it important? should i also check it?
Everything else in the blood test results were conpletely normal

I dont feel much tired and no hair loss..only anxiety and some weight loss..sometimes stomach upset due to anxious thoughts bowel goes 3 or 2 times but solid and normally..

Detailed Answer:
1 To my knowledge, Albendazole is not known to have any major impact on blood testing for thyroid levels

2 Testing for 25 hydroxy Vitamin D is helpful considering it is commonly deficient but again it has no direct connection with your thyroid condition. So ask your doctor how important he thinks this is based on examining you

Sorry to note your symptoms but I am sure your endocrinologist will try to sort it out
