Brief Answer:
Need lifestyle changes

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I have checked both reports and I can see that your triglycerides are raised now when compared to 2016 report. One sincere suggestion is to do lipid profile from ANOTHER reputed laboratory to confirm results. Don't show these reports to the other laboratory to get unbiased results.

In the current report, in lipid profile, your triglycerides are raised. I usually suggest fat free diet, cleaner drinking water and regular exercise for atleast 3 months before starting hypolipidemic drugs. Lipid lowering drugs can affect liver and your GGT is raised in liver function test. You can take a short course of hypolipidemic drugs while regularly watching liver function tests.

In diet avoid fatty foods like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, chocolates, icecreams etc. Recheck your lipid profile in 3 months.

In liver function tests, most of the parameters are normal except GG. GGT is a non specific parameter and does not indicate any specific cause. I will suggest that you repeat this test also in 3 months.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
