Question: Hi doctor, I get tired and exhausted if I do excessive physical activity for more than say 10-20 mins. Ex: I can't run on say 9 speed for continuous 10 mins on treadmill. I feel dizzy and lightheaded. Same way, I can't do skipping more than around 80 jumps at one go. At times, I feel breathlessness and uneasiness/mild pain in upper parts of my chest. Every year, I undergo Master health check and attached are latest x-ray and pft reports. Let me know if I need to take any medicine/inhalers

Brief about my medical history: During monsoon time, I feel heaviness in my head, especially forehead, tiredness in eyes, drowsiness etc., Through the day, I operate in AC environment. I underwent FESS procedure 3yrs back and I can breath freely now but still face above mentioned issues. I use Alerflo nasal spray during monsoon and winter.
I'm 5.7height, 78kgs weight, 40inch waist size and I have GERD problem as well for which I'm on medication. Also I have moderate high cholesterol levels and grade 1 fatty liver. Otherwise, ECG, 2D echo tests are normal.

Brief Answer:
Get done HRCT thorax.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Your PFT report is showing restriction.
And your symptoms are suggestive of restrictive lung disease.
So get done HRCT thorax to rule out lung fibrosis.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Please let me know if you had HRCT thorax done or not.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Thank you for your response doctor. I googled about HRCI, found that it is a CT test which involves high level of radiation. Is there MRI version of the test that I could go for
