Brief Answer:
Neural tube defect, termination of pregnancy advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed the report.
The TIFFA reveals dilated ventricles of fetal brain and defect in the spine.
The dilated fetal brain ventricles are visible in the ultrasound images, however there is no image of spine defect.
However, this is a major congenital anomaly , which generally occurs due to the folic acid deficiency.
Termination of the pregnancy is advised owing to the malformed fetus. The baby will be severely disabled and bed ridden, if born with poor life expectancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
