What Do These Liver Biopsy And LFT Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi have been infected with Hepatitis B since 2 years. My test results are as follows
HbsAg Positive HbeAg Negative
Anti Hbe Positive
USG Abdomen Normal study
HBV DNA - 2032 UI/ ML
SGPT - 99
SGOT - 37
Bilirubin - 0.7
Fibroscan 5.8kPa
ASMA, ANA, AMA - All Negative
Serum Ceruloplasmin - 18.80
No KF RINGS
Liver Biopsy Results is Grade 0/6 and Severity 6/18
Doctor has suggested Anti Viral medication.

Anti HBc IgM have not been performed. Sir Can you please tell me what is it by seeing the results of the above tests?

Anti HBc Ig M and Total are done to see whether the infection is acute or chronic.
The treatment differs.

Sir mine is a chronic infection because it is there for the last 2 years
