Brief Answer:
You may have some infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your total wbc count is normal. Your neutrophil count is slightly high and lymphocytes count is low.
It suggest that you may have some infection.

Moreover c reactive protein is marker of inflammation. Your crp is positive so it also favour some infection.

You should take a course of antibiotic according to your symptoms.

Your vitamin B12 level is high normal.
Normal value of vitamin B12 is 160-950 pg/ml. So your vitamin B12 level is not very high. Moreover it has no any clinical significance. So it is not a matter of concern.

I was worried about leukemia as everything I have read goes to that. I also was diagnosed with hashimotos recently.
doctor
Answered by Dr. Hardik Sanghvi (4 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
No chance of leukemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I can understand your concern. However I wouldn't suspect leukemia based on the reports. Your total count is normal. You have slightly high neutrophil. It just indicates mild infection; nothing else.

In leukemia total count is very high or there are blast and atypical cells. You don't have any signs of leukemia. So don't worry about that. Just be relaxed. Take treatment of your hashimotos thyroiditis accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you still have any doubts then feel free to ask me.
I will be happy to answer.

If you have any symptoms then you should check.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
If you have any symptoms of liver disease like abdominal pain, anorexia, jaundice etc then you should check your liver function test. Otherwise it is not needed.
With out any symptoms of liver disease, I don't see any need to check liver functions. So plan accordingly. From your all previous reports it is not needed. If you have symptoms then only you should go for it.
