Brief Answer:
Progression of kidney disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Thank you for attaching the reports, I have gone through the reports you have attached and also the previous ones. From the reports there are some improvements like the Hemoglobin has improved and also the sugar is under good control. However the Serum creatinine has progressed.

Here is what you should do

1. make sure he is exercising daily, for atleast 30 min
2. Avoid red meat
3. Avoid fruit juices and tender coconut water.
4. Make sure his blood pressure is under good control
5. He should be on ACE/ARB. If you give me the list of tablets he is on, I can tell you if he is already on it

You do not have to woeey about the change in the echotexture. It only means that he might be having mild form of kidney disease

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards

Brief Answer:
Once in three months

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back. He is on tab telma which is a wonderful drug and helps protect the kidneys. No further test is required at the moment. But since there is a mild renal impairment please repeat renal function test once in 3 months
