Brief Answer:
Vitamin D deficiency and Arthritis of big toe

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.

In my opinion your serum uric acid is considered high normal and is not too high to cause great toe pain. Is the ESR raised acutely?
First thing that comes to my mind is Osteoarthritis of great toe the most common reason for toe pain in this age group. To confirm you need to get Xray of the 1st Interphalyngeal joint. If the joint space is narrowed with growth it is arthritis.
Sometimes narrow toe footwear can cause this pain. Check this as well.

All in all tab DOLO 650mg should be the initial treatment for great toe pain.
I find the Vitamin D is deficient so I suggest to take TAB CALCIFEROL 60000 IU one tablet a week with milk for 12 weeks.

Hope this helps.

Take care, Bye.
