Question: In pelvic organs its written both ovaries are normal in size and show multiple peripherally arranged follicles with thickened central echogenic stroma...what does it mean, and I have period problem..

Period irregularity is a feature of PCOD.
It is generally a curable disease and most patient only need oral medicines. Surgical intervention is required only in few cases.
