Hello mam, polycystic ovarian syndrome is basically a hormonal disease which can interfere with conception at many levels and adversely affects metabolism of the body but at times is a silent disease without any effects. The size of your ovaries is increased definitely but I would like to know at which day of the cycle it was done also I want to know if your cycles are regular and if there is any difficulty in conception. You need to get your hormone profile done and ultrasound for ovarian volume on day 2 of cycle.
