What Do These Urine And Blood Reports Indicate?

Just deranged = repeat/review for confirmation and Nephrologist's opinion
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Following is the list I could get which we can discuss about the abnormality:
*ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE 22 H 1 - 15 mm/hr
> no diagnostic value at all hence not to be worried at all.
Urine :
APPEARANCE TURBID = H (CLEAR)
OCCULT BLOOD TRACE = H (NEGATIVE)
AMORPHOUS SEDIMENT MANY= H (NONE SEEN - FEW /HPF)
Blood:
ABSOLUTE MONOCYTES 163 L 200 - 950 cells/uL
CREATININE 0.49 L (0.50 - 1.40 mg/dL) **just below the normal.
>>GFR ESTIMATED 133 >73 mL/min/1.73m2 is absolutely normal and is very important
UREA NITROGEN (BUN) 6 =L
(7 - 25 mg/dL )Just below lower range of normal.
HDL CHOLESTEROL 38 L >50 mg/dL
But the **ratio is more important is which is normal as below so nothing to worry about it.
> LDL/HDL RATIO 2.4 = (0.5 - 3.0 (calc))
CHOLESTEROL/HDL RATIO 3.8 = (< 5.0 (calc))
Noted my thoughts along with the reports.
First of all I would request you to get these particular reports done again as they are very marginally deranged, in fact not very significant at all.
If on review reports they are abnormal, it is better to take an opinion of a Nephrologist in your area and follow his advise as this is a super-specialty field and out of scope of internet discussion.
I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
