Brief Answer:
Lichen spinulosus
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It's lichen spinulosus a common skin problem in children.
It's not an infection or anything of much concern.
Just relax the child will recover on his own.
For faster relief you can use xerina lotion.
Apply the lotion daily in night let it be there for 2 hours and then wash off.
Do this for a month and see results.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

sir
please see the penis picture once again. i have searched the internet for lichen spinulosus pictures but they do not look like the ones on my sons penis. one of the doctors here on seeing the pictures gave a different term some follecan dermatisis or something like that as i cant read it properly. the doctor said we can ignore it but i dnt understand how suddenly he developed so many tiny white dots. i am not concerned about the dots elsewhere on the body but only on the penis shaft. 3 days back he had some red patches on his legs hands palms and ankles which subsided after giving allegra twice daily and omnacortil twice daily. the doc has also advices to stop omnacortil.
also he scratches a lot when bitten by mosquitoes and makes the skin bleed after which scabs are formed and then again scratches as it itches and leads to dark scars on the skin. please advice an ointment , we are applying linical lotion recently.please share your views

Brief Answer:
It's not dangerous.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
I examined the photograph again.
He might have said lichen spinulosus.
These are same and are just hardened skin.
There is nothing to worry these lesions will subside on their own.
You can try xerina lotion.
This should help in faster recovery.
Regarding itch, child might have developed an allergic reaction.
These things are common in children.
Don't use omnacortil, it's a steroid and can hamper child's growth.
You can use ritch cream for local application.
It is very safe and effective.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
No treatment required
Detailed Answer:
Hello
These spots on penis can be left as such.
They might take one or two years to go off and they won't leave any scar.
As I mentioned earlier you can apply ritch cream whenever there is an insect bite.
The child won't develop any itch and hence there won't be scarring.
