Brief Answer:
Pre eclampsia, renal disease or urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Traces of protein and blood in urine can be due to various causes like:
1. Pre eclampsia
2. Renal diseases
3. Urinary tract infection.
I would suggest you to get a daily blood pressure monitoring to detect pre eclampsia, urine culture and sensitivity test to detect any urinary tract infection. If the above two are normal, then you should consult a nephrologist to get properly examined, investigated for any renal disease and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti Verma.
