Hi,dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Most of the time it is due to unnoticed minor injury and it will disappear by itself in few days.
It may be due to aging, vitamin B12 or vitamin c deficiency, diabetes, coagulation disorder or other causes.
You should wait for few days. It will disappear. If it remains persists then we will go for investigation. Right now nothing to worry. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
