
What Do Vomiting And Bilirubin Count Of 1.8 Indicate?

Question: Hello Dr.,
I have had some symptoms like feeling like vomiting. After a week i have had a blood test and got to know my bilirubin count was 1.8 and sgpt and sgot was 170 and 187 respectively. And i also have little bleeding through spitting but only if i spit 3-4 times continously. after 3 weeks i have had blood test again and my bilirubin count is now 0.9 and sgpt is 50 and sgot is 97. but my gums are still bleeding and sometimes it pains. please tell me what could be the reason and what should be done?
