Brief Answer:
Skin tags with bacterial superinfection

Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
I can see multiple, stalked, skin colored growths in armpits. Most likely they are skin tags rather than warts.
Perhaps the one that is paining has developed bacterial superinfection. I suggest a course of an oral antibiotic e.g Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week. In addition, topically you may use mupirocin or fusidic acid ointment, twice daily. This would help resolve the infection.
Subsequently the skin tags can be removed with either Electrocautery or Radio frequency cautery machine under local anaesthesia. A dermatologist would do that procedure for you in his/ her office.

Regards
