Thanks Doctor. I have uploaded a picture.
Brief Answer:
Seems to be vitiligo, decapeptide and topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be vitiligo.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply lotion containing basic fibroblast decapeptide like melbild lotion on the white spots at night followed by sun exposure for 10-15 minutes in the morning.
This is then followed by application of a topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas in the afternoon.
This needs to be continued for 3-4 weeks but under the supervision of the doctor.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Many thanks Doctor.. Ill do the needful. I had one followup question.. Does this spread on touching.. I have two kids, one an infant.. Do I need to be careful while fondling/touching/kissing them ?
Brief Answer:
Won't spread on touching, fondling and kissing
Detailed Answer:
This won't spread on touching.
It is not contagious.
So you don't have to worry about it spreading to your kids.
All the best.
