What Do White Spots On Tongue Indicate?

I have some white spots in my tongue and I have checked with a doctor already. I have been told that it is fungus and given me medicine (Pantozol 40). After two days, the result came that I have tongue swab C&S showing Klebsiella. The doctor advised me to take two augmentin 1000mg twice daily for a week.
Is this contagious by hand/kiss/sex or any?
Is this something to be scared of?
Shall I take anti fungus and/or antibiotics at the same time?
How will I know if this Klebsiella is connected to any part/s of my body like lungs/blood stream?
What tests should I do to get accurate result?
I attached herewith the result of my laboratory test.
Best regards,
XXXX

After tongue swab C&S report I would advice use only antibiotic which you are sensitive.
klebsiella can be detected from blood by doing blood culture , urine by doing urine culture & pleural fluid from lung by doing pleural culture .
If I were your treating Doctor for this case, I would advise you
Investigations like complete blood cell count to reveals leukocytosis, sputum sample for culture & chest xray to rule out any infection in lung.

Thank you for your advise.
Yesterday I did the chest x-ray and it was normal. The sputum culture may only be done after the course of taking the antibiotics they advised. The doctor told me that it may not be spread in my lungs if I am healthy and I have strong immune system. And that it is curable.
Do you agree with him?
How will I know if I have strong immune system?
Is that related or can be shown in my CBC?
The doctor told me he will repeat the tongue culture next week after I finish also the course of my antibiotics. During this time, shall I take any other antibiotics or just wait for the results?
Thank you for your support and advise.
Best regards,
XXXX
If your chest x-ray normal , then no need to worry about lung klebsiella.

Thanks for the follow up query XXXXXXX
If your chest x-ray is normal, then no need to worry about lung klebsiella.
Yes, I agree with your doctor. It does not spread to lung.
Yes, Immune system is related to your CBC which is within normal limits. Hence no need to worry.
Since you already started antibiotics - augmentin, I would advice to complete the course & repeat the tongue culture after antibiotic course.
Just wait for result of tongue culture before starting other antibiotic.
Also use Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily & plenty of fluids.
Hope above information helpful to you, take care.
Regards.
