What Does "A Single Live Fetus In Cephalic Presentation.." Mean?
Question: hi,what does it mean A single live fetus in cephalic presentation and changing lie with GA
It means there is a single baby, with the head down in pelvis, but the presentation keeps changing, maybe because the baby is too small or fluid is too much.

please find the attachnent of tiffa scan report
and what the report says
Brief Answer:
TOTALLY NORMAL REPORT.
Detailed Answer:
It is an entirely normal ultrasound scan.
Sometimes till late in the third trimester, the baby keeps changing position, as it is small in comparison to the uterus, as it grows, its position gets fixed.
That is what is meant by changing lie.
The report is completely normal.
No abnormality is present anywhere.
Baby is in normal position, with normal weight and growth, placenta is normal, fluid is normal.
There is nothing to worry.
Take care.
