hello and thanks for sending the question.
It looks like from the results you have revealed so far that it is unlikely that you are experiencing myeloma.
I would really like to see a copy of your test results. this would help us further determine exactly what is going on.
can you upload all the results and I will review them in detail,
Sincerely,
Dr Galamaga

I tried to send 3 reports, you may either have duplicates or only one of them. I am not sure how to upload these things.
Brief Answer:
Followup
Detailed Answer:
I do not see any evidence of an active disease process here.
Regarding the lymphocyte count in the protein level you mentioned this does not reflect his disease process as well. I would like to provide you with some reassurance about that and you can have this testing done again in 6-12 months but otherwise I see no indication to proceed any further with any additional diagnostic testing.
If you still have symptoms or are concerned about how you feel I would suggest that you sit down with your primary care doctor and review all of your symptoms from head to toe to see if there is something else that needs to be looked at.
In the meantime I would suggest healthy diet and exercise on a daily basis.
Sincerely,
Dr. Galamaga

Dr XXXXXXX another very important question, my wife had a ct scan for excessive coughing and the report indicates lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia. She does have Sjogren's. I am super worried, I know this is a pulmonary question.
Brief Answer:
Followup
Detailed Answer:
Interstitial pneumonia does need followup - should see a pulmonary doctor and possibly a repeat chest xray or ct scan would be reasonable in the future.
As long as she is breathing well should be ok but if symptoms are worsening - close followup is indicated.
