Brief Answer:
Need your protein electrophoresis report.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You are suffering from multiple myeloma.
It is malignant tumor of B cell. It secreates immunoglobulin. This immunoglobulins are different from normal. Normal immunoglobulins are polyclonal. In multiple myeloma these are monoclonal. And it is called M Spike. You don't have monoclonal band. It is good sign. Please send me your reports of that, so that I can explain you in detail.
I will wait for your reports.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
You have very good recovery with the treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question and reports. I can understand your concern.
You have very good recovery with your treatment. You are in remission stage. It means you have decreased the load of myeloma cells. Your M spike at 0,5 and no monoclonal band. SO overall you improved very well.
Dont worry much about B2M. It can be rasied due to trasplantation. But you should go for regular follow up.
Your calcium level is also normal.
Continue with your treatment and go for regular follow up. If you have any further questions then feel free to ask me again. I will be happy to answer you.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
Your level is not so high. No connection.

Detailed Answer:
Your level is not too high to worry. So don't worry about that. There is generally no any correlation between multiple myeloma and hemochromatosis.
Take your treatment regularly.
Wish you a very good health.
