Brief Answer:
Why were they done initialy
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
We do not know why was the test done in the initial place. Do you have any symptoms of anemia, enlarged liver and spleen etc?
Monoclonal Gammopathy with IgM kappa paraprotein is known. There are a lot of cases, close to 60%, where there is no cause found also called Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undeterminate Significance called IgM MGUS.
Probably the bone marrow needling for microscopy is the next step to check if there are lymphoplasmocyte infiltrates.
I suggest you to see an Hematologist the next for further steps.
