Thanks for writing to HCM
Findings are typical of mild iron deficiency anemia.
It causes small light colored RBCs(hypochromia)along with variation in size of RBCs (anisopoikilocytosis),small shaped cells(microcytosis) with low hemoglobin level.
Target cells & tear drop cells are also finding of anemia. So,it is important to know hemoglobin level.
You shouldn't worry,it is a treatable condition. He need iron supplementation.
Proteinuria(Albumin in urine) is a common laboratory finding in children. It can be due to benign condition or a serious disease,so he should be thoroughly evaluated. He need further investigations.Ultrasound of abdomen should be done along with other investigations.
Pus cells in stool is due to E.histolytica infection in intestine(colitis). Intestinal infection need to be treated with medicines like metronidazole.

Thalassemia can mimic iron deficiency anemia.Since family history is negative,it is unlikely. However if there is doubt, further investigations like hemoglobin electrophoresis can be done.
Proteinuria(protein in urine) need further investigations. It may be transient or persistent.Transient proteinuria can occur due to simple reasons like fever, exercise, stress or cold exposure.
Persistent proteinuria need investigation like first morning urine test for protein/creatinine ratio.
Ultrasound of abdomen should also be done.
Treatment depend upon findings.
