Brief Answer:
No significant findings...

Specifying the report:
1. Mitral regurgitation. It is a common finding in many Echocardiograms.
2. Valvular aortic stenosis. The problem is when the stenosis is "hemodynamically significant." In your case there is a small narrowing of the valve unimportant.
3.RVDD indicates the measurement of right ventricle at the end of diastole (ventricular dilatation) ventricle. There is a small increase in diameter (normal is up to 2.6 cm) without alteration in the function of the ventricle.
These findings are not significant. However I will advice annual echocardiogram to monitor and control Aortic Stenosis and RVDD. Your treating doctor can decide about it.

Echocardiograms.

If you read the report, the last echocardiogram was performed by a different doctor who performed the first. The interpretation never is the same between two different doctors. The only point to consider is the increased RVDD (2.3 to 3.5 cm).It is not worrisome, but it is advisable to perform a routine echocardiogram in a year.
