Brief Answer:
I think there is need for evaluation of renal function, cardiac and threadn

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description there is need for evaluation of renal function, cardiac function and thread function as swelling of hands and feet generally do not occur in those who have anxiety and elevated SGOT and SGPT. I understand that you are attributing amisulpiride as causative agent for your current symptoms but probably this is not the case.

Regarding medication choice it is difficult to suggest as I have no knowledge of your original medical/psychiatric condition for which amisulpiride was prescribed.

In my view you need to consult a doctor in person to rule out all other relevant possibilities to cure your condition.

I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.

Brief Answer:
You need to see a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

I have seen the attached pictures which confirm your earlier details.

I do not think you can evaluate your cardiac function yourself as there are no direct tests like liver and kidney. For cardiac function evaluation you need to see either a physician or cardiologist as this remains the common reason for swelling of limbs.

For renal function blood urea, serum creatinine and ammonia can be ordered from nearby laboratory.

I hope this assists you further.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
You need to meet someone in office to get this answer

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.

To explain this point I am suggesting you to see a doctor in person. I do not think anybody can answer you without examining.

Yes there are benefits of online consultation but you can replace office visits to a doctor and in your case it is absolutely necessary.

I hope this clarifies.
Thanks and regards.
