Brief Answer:
AS BELOW
Detailed Answer:
A 6 mm fibroid essentially means nothing.
It is about the size of a grain of rice, even smaller.
It can cause you no problems, and you should not be worrying about a 6 mm fibroid.
Fibroids are growths of the uterine wall, 6 mm fibroid means nothing to worry about, it is too small.
There can be various reasons for a delayed period - stress, anxiety, weight gain or loss, unaccustomed exercise, late nights, erratic eating, ingestion of birth control, alcohol, smoking etc.
Thyroid hormone disturbances and PCOD - polycystic ovarian disease also can cause delayed cycles.
You should be having hormonal measurements in addition to ultrasound scan - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, DHEAS, Free testosterone.
Also once you upload the scan I can opine better.
take care.
