What Does A CEA Level Of 4.3 Indicate?

Question: I had stage 3c colon cancer 7 years ago,followed by resection surgery and 1 yr chemotherapy
I'm 62 yrs old. My last CEA was 4.3. Should I be worried,prior ones had been lower

Just a single borderline value of CEA has got no meaning.
You can get it repeated after a period of 3 months. Moreover if the last colonoscopy was more than 5 years ago, then i will advise you to undergo colonoscopy.
