Question: FOUND BLOOD STAINS ON MY PAJAMAS LAST COULE OF MORNINGS. STAINS APPARENTLT IN PENNIS AREA. IS THIS A CONDITION THAT CAN BE TREATED SIMPLY BY MEDICATION ?

Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM. blood stains on your pajamas may be from your urine or the anal area. you would be advised to mention,why a colonoscopy was done.
it's important to know, what other medications you're taking.if you're taking Aspirin/clopidrogel tablets, you should see a doctor, who will advise you regarding safety of stopping it. your urine routine and culture tests need to be done ,along with platelets,Hb, BT.CT,PT,INR,blood sugar,Urea and s.creatinine,PSA tests.if you are an alcoholic, liver function tests will be done as well. if the urine shows blood cells, then you should see a urologist. he'll advise you the blood tests mentioned above and an ultrasound scan. depending on the results, treatment will be advised.
