Question: The other day I notice a bulging vein under my arm pit to where my armpit meet with my arm.

I don't smoke or do drug, the only thing I work a lot with my hands and I have no chronic illness.

Thank you for providing additional information.

It could be great if I had a photo of the veins under your armpit.
However, from what you are describing, as you say to work a lot with your hands, then, the notable veins are due to adoption of your muscles and circulatory system to this work.

However, to rest sure, I would recommend to run Doppler ultrasound of blood vessels on your upper limbs to check them out.
