Brief Answer:
Not a side effect of Primolut N

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Delayed periods are not a side effect of primolut N taken 2 cycles before.
It can be due to stress, hormonal disturbances or pregnancy.
If the pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out.
You should wait for the periods for another one week.
If not there in this duration, then you should get your thyroid and prolactin hormone levels tested to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
