Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
During Stress test there is a rise in systolic blood pressure more then 20 mmHg. If the blood pressure fails to rise more then 20 mmHg that is the fluctuation is less then 20 mmHg we call it as Flat Blood pressure response.
Mostly this is seem in people suffering from Cardiomyopathy and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the most important reason for this.
So I would recommend you to go for an ECHOCARDIOGRAPY that would evaluate your chambers of heart and functioning as well.
