Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to a fungal infection.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have checked the attached images and have gone through the description. It seems that you have a fungal infection. In that case, application of candid (clotrimazole) lotion topically and at othertimes using clotrimazole powder to keep the area dry, should help in resolving the problem. If improvement occurs in a week or so, perhaps there is nothing to worry about.
Hope that helps.
Regards

What other diagnosis besides fungal infection could it be ?
Brief Answer:
It seems to be nothing other than a fungal infection.
Detailed Answer:
I do not feel it to be anything else. I do not want to unnecessarily confuse you with other differential diagnoses.

Can use candid lotion.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. You can use Candid lotion, in fact it would be better. I insisted use of candid powder additionally (alongside the use of lotion) to keep the area dry. Fungal infections occur due to the wetness of the sweat accumulation.
