What Does A Hard Lump On The Penile Shaft Indicate?

Question: I woke up this morning and noticed a hard lump on the circumcision line of my penile shaft. It is somewhat sore to the touch. I had sex yesterday with my girlfriend twice and masterbated once this morning, prior to discovering the bump. Could it be a lymphocele, should i be concerned. Thanks!

Based on the facts and photographs hat you have posted you seem to have developed Sucuticular Abscess over shaft of the Penis .

It is a staphylococcal infection of a sweat gland .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

If does not subside within a week may need to drain it out .
