Brief Answer:
Possible traumatic fibroma

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

This is not something to be worried since it may indicate traumatic fibroma or hardened hematoma which is commonly seen and it heals on its own. You can apply cold compresses and heparin gel if this nodule will grow or become painful.

Otherwise, there is no need for any specific treatment and it will probably disappear within 6 weeks.

Wish you good health.
Regards
