What Does A Large Bulge In The Groin Indicate?

Question: just below the crease in the groin, very upper thigh, fairly large budge on right side, about half the size on the left. Not painful, seems like a muscle enlarged. not sure if lymph nodes reside below the crease, but there is swelling on both side, but one side is larger

The swelling that you can see in the groin can be due to enlarged lymph nodes that can happen due to an infection in the area. A direct examination is needed to confirm this. You can do a hot compress in the area and get proper antibiotics prescribed and see if the swelling decreases with these.
