Question: My son age 26 suffering potts spine detected last two months taking AKT 4.affected l4 l5 & S1. Now a hump formed at the area which has no or less pain. Let me know the reason and treatment best hospital for treating

MRI report enclosed herewith.
Initially mild back pain, swelling left waist. On 18 Aug 2014 hump was small, gradually widen and raised presently around 6 cm radius, no stiffness felt, no pain in hump pressing by finger, no fever, taking meal as usual. Taking AKT 3 as prescribed by TB doctor
1. Advise medication/Doctor/hospital/precaution and treatment.
2. Should we Plan to get MRI again ?
2. Should we go to a surgeon for surgeroy or otherwise ?

Yes, MRI is required again, and then compare with previous MRI
IF gibbus is large, then probably your surgeon willing to aspirate fluids from it
