Brief Answer:
Please attach copy of CT scan report

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

Lung nodules are variable in number, size, shape and imaging characteristics. Usually nodules measure less than 30 mm in diameter. As per Fleischner society pulmonary nodule recommendations, a patient having lung nodules needs further assessment according to initial nature of the nodules visualized.

I would like to see a copy of your CT scan report before suggesting further imaging work up and possible diagnosis. Lung nodules if increasing in number and size should be followed up strictly.

Please so attach a copy of your report at the earliest.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
