What Does A Pimple On Lips Indicate?

Question: Hi. Is this a pimple or cold sore on my upper lip? Im kind of freaking out because i have never gotten a cold sore before and i read online that they are herpes?! I am pretty sure i do not have herpes or any STDs... I am a virgin and gave my boyfriend oral sex a couple times awhile ago but he is negative from all those diseases. However i did just start a pack of birth control about a week ago i dont know if that has anything to do with it and i am breaking out on my face. Please help.

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
I can get form your query that you are stressed with the eruption on the upper lip with possibility f herpes and any correlation with the oral sex.
Though the picture is bit blurred but even then I can make out small eruptions which are more likely to be related to the pimples rather than herpes.
To confirm the same I humbly request you to send few good resolution pictures of the affected area focusing the upper lip area.
