I have had ANA positive testing for over 9 months, RA, Skin lesions all over my body including my face, fever, extreme fatige, vertigo, blur vision, shortness of breath, nausea, Vomiting, back of neck/shoulder pain and Spasms, hair loss headaches, hand tremors

I get lab work done every month and results always vary. Nothing ever conclusive. Anything specific they should be testing for? I just want thr right treatment to at least manage my symptons .
