Brief Answer:
Could be SLE

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. A mere ANA positivity does not indicate that you have lupus. dsDNA; anti-Smith [Sm] antibodies need to be tested for, in order to confirm the diagnosis. However, based on the nature of multisystem involvement, it seems that you could have systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE)

You need to be clinically evaluated. Based on the findings suitable testing can be done. Only then a definitive comment can be made.

I get lab work done every month and results always vary. Nothing ever conclusive. Anything specific they should be testing for? I just want thr right treatment to at least manage my symptons .

Brief Answer:
Get your blood tested.

Detailed Answer:
Have you tested for dsDNA and anti-Smith [Sm] antibodies? If so, please let me know the results (including the variations, if any). If not, get the tests done.
