Question:
I am having pain radiating down my right leg and sometimes into my foot. I cant seem to find a comfortable position to lie or sit. I also have a bulging lump on my right side that is radiating a few inches down my spine. I sit and work at a computer most of day and drive one day a week 4hrs. Any suggestions to help with this situation

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your symptoms suggest disc prolapse. It can be confirmed by MRI of lumbar spine. Its treatment is rest in the lateral position with both hip and knee slightly flexed and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Mecobalamine is helpful in reducing radiation.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
