Brief Answer:
Possible fungal infection and prostate inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

From your description you may have two problems. The rash on the penis head is most likely fungal infection (the most common reason - however its hard to tell not being able to see it). Testicle pain, perineum pain and burning while urinating seems to be caused by prostate inflammation or testis inflammation. Both are bacterial in most cases.
As the rash lasts for long time now (3 months) I suggest you to show it to dermatologist. Fungal infection is sometimes very hardly treatable and may need antifungal tablets.
If its about possible prostate or testis inflammation, you should consult an urologist with this issue. Urine analysis, rectal examination and testis ultrasound should be done at first. At your age you should have also PSA checked and transrectal ultrasound should be considered.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

will the lotrim cause blistering?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Grzegorz Stanko (5 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Lotrim does not cause blistering.

Detailed Answer:
No, Lotrim should not cause blistering. Blisters can be present with fungal infection. However Lotrim should rather cause the infection to get better than cause blisters. It seems that you should consult dermatologist with this issue and get better treatment.
