Brief Answer:
Balano-posthitis
Detailed Answer:
HI.
Thanks for your query , good history and photos.
This is balanoposthitis.
This occurs due to an altered environment in the vaginal flora and cause this. There can a long gap in intercourse, can be an effect of generalized illness, and many times there is not a known cause.

Can i still have sex with my girlfriend?
Brief Answer:
Course of medicines for both of you.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Wait- wait -wait ! till you get alright completely. This is because in the process of healing the skin is going to be very fragile.
You can have sex only after the healing is complete.
The best way to get a cure and to avoid ''recurrence'' is that both of you should get the treatment simultaneously.
Personal hygiene id very important. Cleaning with water and keeping the area dry and aerated helps early healing.
The medicines may need a prescription of a local Doctor. The most suggested are a combination of cefixime, metronidazole for 5 days and a single tablet of anti-fungal tablet. Please get a PRESCRIPTION from a local Doctor for the correct doses. Take a 5 day course. Try to avoid local application of anything.
To repeat get the treatment for both of you at the same time, No sex till you get alright. Of your Partner has a complaint of white discharge or so a consultation with Gynecologist for in internal examination is a better idea , just to confirm there is no serious infection or so in your partner.
You will be fine very soon.
Always get the blood sugar checked as this occasionally be the first sign of diabetes. ( May not be in your case as you are young- yet better to confirm).
Wishing you an early recovery.
