Brief Answer:
Present rash is not related to shingles. It involves only one half not both

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.

I can understand your concern for the rash and related possibility of Shingles.

After analyzing the query with best diligence let me reassure you that the present rash is not related to shingles.

To telly you simply- shingles occurs only on one side of body and never occur on both the sides. This is the most typical feature in shingles that there is involvement of only one half of the body.

It begins as rash and within few hour followed by multiple blisters on one side of body and specifically at one region only. The blisters remain for a period of around 7-14 days and then forms scab which fall off in next 2 weeks.

If you want to take guidance regarding your present rash then can kindly send a good resolution picture of the rash.

Over all let me reassure you again that your rash is not related to shingles.

Hope these information will relax you. I will be glad to answer any further queries.
