What Does A Red Shiny Area On Penis Indicate?
Question: Hello, I seem to have a red shiny area on the upper shaft just below the top of my penis. there is no itch, pain or issue other than the appearance of a rub or hotspot. It has been present for 3-4 weeks. It appears like like the skin was rubbed away a bit and trying to heal. There are no bumps.
