Question: I have a skin tear on my scrotum and also my foreskin has white wax every morning

I have uploaded photograph of my scrotum ..rightnow there is no wax on my foreskin but in morning it gets covered with thick white layer of wax and it smells .. I can upload that pic tomorrow but can you just check the scrotum pic .. thank you

Thank you for the revert .. yes am having itching and burning sensation on the lesion... it started from yesterday .. no other ailment and only my second issue is wax occurring on my foreskin.

Seems to be fungal infection, sertaconazole cream & antihistaminic

Both your issues seem to be fungal infection.
I would recommend you to apply antifungal cream like sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime for 7-10 days.
This should resolve your problem.
