Brief Answer:
Most probably a sebaceous cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/29 - small pea like lump - on the right side of jaw - lump moves with skin - painless - excess mucus formation in the throat...

The lump which moves the skin is usually due to a sebaceous cyst.
The lymph nodes are usually deep seated and do not move with the skin unless adherent by inflammation.

Excess formation of mucus in the throat may not be related to such lump formation and local pharyngitis may be the reason.

I hope this answers your specific query. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Not a serious thing

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

No, not at all serious.
Antibiotic is not necessary if there is no infection.

Please keep it under observation and consult your Surgeon in case there is any increase in size, pain, redness or so.
