
What Does A Small Shiny Red Bump On Bottom The Scrotum Indicate?

Question: I have a small single shiny red bump(not very raised) on the bottom of my scrotum...doesn't itch and isn't painful. Could it be hpv?

I'd like to say its only been there for a few days now (4 days) hasn't gotten any bigger. Doesn't appear to be as red as it once was.
